Night of the Living Dead: Darkest Dawn
A new fully CG take on George Romero’s 1968 original, “Night of the Living Dead.” This is the story of a group of survivors fighting to stay alive when a mysterious plague unleashes the undead on New York City. Barricaded in an abandoned apartment building, the characters from the original film face new terror and question each other’s compassion and sense of humanity as they fight to stay alive against the army of the walking dead.
Good Cast, Bad Animation @CptColumbo
The cast and the story are excellent, but the animation looks like a cinematic from a PS1 game.
Stupid @Nettie 2022
This is like a video game without controls. Except for being able to turn it off. Waste of time unless your a teenager maybe.
Good but graphics not so much @MrChristopherHood
The story and using such a modern sense of how zombie films have evolved was great. The stories of each seemed a bit rushed to the point of mystery. Could have been a bit longer to broaden the story out. The graphics on the other hand seemed to be rushed out of completion. It looked like it was meant to reflect graphic from LA noire but the lack of time and someone's dictation of complete release a great but otherwise unfinished movie.
Good Update @Rock Hound
The movie is about 99% C.G.I., which of itself makes it interesting to watch. The plot is streamlined--the run time is a minute or so over one hour. The actors' voices and movement created a powerful sense of impending doom. If you don't care for scary films, don't watch this.
Horrible @Ronnie66$$
Beware its in cartoon form.
