Muppets Most Wanted
Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted” takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais. The film stars Tina Fey as Nadya, a feisty prison guard, and Ty Burrell as Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon.

I grew up watching & loving the muppets & I have to say I wasn’t expecting much from this one but it was actually pretty cute! The songs are fun & the movie is great for kids & families! (The interrogation song is so funny!) Best part tho: Ty Burrell & Sam the Eagle! They are absolutely hilarious!!!?

I understand that there’s a lot of love out there for this movie, but this is not a good movie. This might be mildly entertaining for children… maybe… but the jokes and humor here are utterly devoid of the magic that made the muppets such treasures. This is Disney propping up a dead brand and hoping nobody notices the jokes have no soul. And apparently, it’s working.

Wow! The gang is back and has returned to the quality of years past. This film shines with the classic Muppet films -- great music, silly humor, and heartfelt story, too. So happy to see these characters at their best!
