Worth every cent.

Jurassic World has plenty of thrills and quips. While nothing will ever match Jurassic Park, this is the closest sequel yet to doing so.

Terrible holes in plot

After 3 movies of dinosaurs escaping, why no security system? Why no failsafes? Why is Chris Pratt carrying a sawed off 30/30? This movie was just bad. Dinosaurs screaming and drooling with no point at all. Just unintelligent people with unintelligent plans or no plans at all.

Why make it stupid?

With all the excellent writers out there, and an unlimited budget, why is the plot so bland and the characters so relentlessly, mind-numbinling stupid?

Over-rated, Hollywood crap

I didn't have high expectations for this movie after seeing that Chris Pratt was able to tame raptors with magic in the trailer. I saw the movie and it was so much worse than I expected. The characters are absolute horrors-- this is the most clichéd group I have ever seen. The story is mediocre at best. There are so many plot holes-- how did the dinosaur know the thing the people had put in her was a tracker (she did lay in wait for them to come retrieve it)? How did she know they were using heat vision cameras to watch her (she knew that she needed to make herself invisible to this)? Why did the T-Rex not attack the raptor or the humans after the mosasaur killed the I-Rex (having seen the first movie, I know how T-Rex should act in this universe)? How did Chris Pratt tame the raptors (there is a throw away line about imprinting, but that technique isn't enough when it comes to predators like this)? There is also a lame attempt at character development it's the kids. The kid are the definition of two dimensional characters, so, to try and remedy this, there is a throw-away line about the parents getting a divorce, but after one of the kids crying about it for no reason (he decided to get upset about it halfway through his first day at the park rather than when he supposedly discovered the divorce papers at home) the sub-plot is never brought up again. No pay off. There are many more problems with this movie, but I won't take the time to list the all. The point is, this is typical Hollywood garbage with typical hollywood characters. The movie is a over-hyped and is not worthy of being in the series the original Jurassic park.

Jurassic World

This movie is an absolutely incredible edge of your seat thrill ride. It's got great action, terrifying suspense, a well written plot and characters who while having very simple goals and story arcs, are still quite like able. While the past 2 films have branched off and created their own worlds, this is a direct sequel that delivers and surpasses my expectations. This is a very worthy Jurassic sequel and I will soon return to the theater for more.
