good god, that southern accent

This movie would get a 5 stars if only Nic Cage, who i love more then anyone, did not have that god awful accent in this movie. other then that this movie is amazing. and hearing colm meaney yell quotes that i cant say here makes it even better. this all around is a great movie full of action large explosions and good old fashion butt-kicking

Quite possibly my favorite summer movie of all time

Let me start off by saying that for a movie like this, the cast is HUGE. In this B action movie we are given no less than Ving Rhames, John Cusack (in a rare action movie appearance), Danny Trejo, Steve Buscemi, Mykelti Williamson (Bubba from Forrest Gump), Colm Meaney and Dave Chappelle before he was DAVE CHAPPELLE. The cast was either in major need of a paycheck or just in the mood to have a lot of fun because no one in this movie phones it in. The movie itself never tries to be anything more than what it promises, a big, noisy popcorn flick and on this level, the movie scores.

Irony

define irony: a bunch of idiot's on a plane dancing to a song made famous by a band that died in a plane crash. if you have not bought this movie on dvd then buy it on itunes, if you have not bought either there is something seriously wrong with you.

Good Movie

This a very good action movie. it's the kind of movie you can watch over and over agin and stil enjoy it. it's defiantly worth $10.

I said, put the bunny back in the box!

I don't remember when I first saw this movie, but I know it was a good movie. You've gotta hand it to Simon West and Jerry Bruckheimer; they turned John Malcovitch into one sadistic, smart, and badass villain! It's one action movie that I would recommend to anyone who likes hardcore action!
