I was a kid when the animated movie was released. This movie surpassed the original. I never thought I could say that. And the song “Speechless” by Princess Jasmine cuts through so many layers in our current political climate. It gave me chills. So empowering. An amazing movie. 5 stars. Don’t disservice yourself by passing it over.

It was very well done. Everyone sings very well and Will Smith does an incredible job, he does not try to be like Robin Williams he brings his own uniqueness into the film

This was a terrible remake of a classic. I love Will Smith usually, but he was not a good genie. The singing was terrible. And there just wasn’t any chemistry between the characters. It was a very sterile movie.
