This is my favorite of the trilogy. All three films just feel more like love letters to film than an actual deep story. But this film has that slasher 80s vibe that I personally love so much. For those of us that love Mia Goth it is so much fun to watch her do her thing.

I always judge the quality of a movie by how many time you check the time remaining mid show. This was very much a roller coaster, some really great spells of movie magic especially when Goth is doing her thing...but..... the shoddy writting and inconsistent tempo ultimately let it down. I gave this 3 stars because i love MG but in reality this really isnt that great.

Maxxxine Is a Yellow Brick Road insanity driven Horror experience! Mia Goth is it’s centerpiece core as It’s predecessors X and Pearl! At best Goth is Proven to be quite the Method Actress!
