2nd best Muppet Movie

While the Muppet Movie remains the best. This Henson directed effort is very enjoyable far better then the ones made after his death. I still don't know how the Muppets rode bikes.

Yaaaayy!!!!

I'm so glad to see The Great Muppet Caper available on Itunes.I loved it as a child and now I'll be able to enjoy it all over again. Thanks Itunes and thanks Jim Henson's Muppets.

Beats the "Sequel" Odds

The Great Muppet Caper is so far the best of the Muppet movies. The first had great cameos and had a great story, but this one is my favorite for many reasons. The comedic dialogue between the Muppets is unparalleled. The bubbles coming out of Piggy's snout during the daydream scene is hilarious. I still remember when I saw that at the movies when I was eight and I almost fell out of my seat it was so funny. Another of my favorite scenes was when they had to make a "Muppet ladder" as they were trying to break into the museum, as well as the scene where they impersonated Italian pizza deliverymen, with Kermit, Fozzie and even Animal wearing glasses with fake nose and mustaches. Great cameos in this one as well. Charles Grodin is excellent, he plays a real creep of a villian. I highly recommend this movie to all die-hard Muppet fans and must say I disagree with Mr. Ebert's response to this movie on Rotten Tomatoes. I can't wait until the new "The Muppets" comes out later this year...I think Jason Segel aptly captures the nostalgia and enthusiasm of Muppet fans. I think we're all going to be pleasantly surprised and entertained.

Good Movie

Never seen it. Buy it! It is worth the ten dollars.

Loved it as a kid….still love it

I remember watching this movie as a kid, and I loved it. It's still brings a smile to my face. Roger Ebert's review is harsh…it's a kid's movie, but as many adults love the the Muppets as the kids do. Miss Piggy and Kermit are adorable, and I love the setting in London. Cute movie.
