A nice movie from Disney's staple of family movies. I wish it were available to purchase! Although sometimes slow going as characters develop, this movie will entertain.
One of the Best Classic Movies @SciFi Geek
I saw this when I was 10 and have been hunting it down ever since. It took me 15 years to find it, and it is as good as I remember. True the special effects aren't up to what we see now, and they did get somethings wrong. But to those points, I dare anyone to find a classic movie that has better special effects and gets everything right. I would recommend this to every movie lover, and anyone who wants a brilliant movie in their collection.

FOR THOSE UNLEARNED FOLK WHO GAVE THIS MOVIE A ROTTEN TOMATO, YOU PROBABLY THINK THE SAME OF ALL CLASSICS LIKE THE WIZARD OF OZ, OR THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, OR FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. THIS WAS ONE OF WALT DISNEYS GREATEST STORIES. UNIMAGINATIVE??? TOP CRITICS ARE WAY TO YOUNG TO KNOW A GREAT STORY THAT DOSEN'T HAVE DRUGS, SEX, FOUL LANGUAGE, AND VIOLENCE!
