They need a ten star rating system just so I can give this movie a TEN!!! I remember seeing this a few years ago, and I don't remember it being so D amn Exciting!! The ending is just magnificent, powerful stuntwork, camera shots, and acting that made the action look totally pure,... and I love the theme song to this especially the special mix they put together to go right along with that magnificent ending I just mentioned. Man, it's got me all worked up now,... I know they wouldn't let me move around doing those funky moves I just finished doing when I was (I guess you could call it dancing) "dancing" to that funky beat they put into the "Mission Impossible" theme song, in a movie theater. Wow! That ending!! Did I mention how great it was? Sssheeeewww. I've never thought more of Tom Cruise as an actor, and a producer for that matter, than right now. I was studying his every move, especially his face, he is just a "F"ing great actor. He is so believable as "that" character he happens to be playing at the time. I loved this film. I recommend everybody,... check it out... again! if you've seen it before. I usually write long reviews but I'll just leave this one alone right here. Peace everybody!!!

This was a great addition to the "spy genre" pf movies. MI 2 was terrible, but MI 3 came back and was pretty good. But this is a good suspense-filled, story driven movie, and is a great addition to anyone's collection.

The first of the 3 great mission impossible movies, Cruise does a great job in this movie and even though he is detached from paramount hopefully he'll continue to make great action films like this one
