Episode 266: Genetics vs. Training – The real secret to your dream body

Show notes

I recorded my answer in the seat of my car before doin’ my sprints on Saturday.
Key takeaways:

Why you should watch the women you admire train and move
The importance of proper training techniques
“Training ugly" versus "training beautiful"
Why the quality o

DAY 3: We Are All So Lovable and Also? We’re Not.

We’ve made it! The final episode of this podclass series, where we need to dive into a very adult-y, uncomfortable truth in terms of our innate lovability. Because YES, we’re all so super cute and special and wonderful and lovable…and YES, we are also totally wounded, pain-in-the-ass humans who sometimes show up in ways that make us hard to choose, or hard to be around. Accepting this paradox, admitting our own imperfection, while also investing and embodying our innate lovability? That is the sweet spot, my lovelies! Thank you for joining me on this delicious podclass ride, and if you want to learn more about my upcoming program – Grown Woman, Great Love – then make sure to get on the waitlist.
