I will say this forever....consistency is the key to getting the healthy, fit body you want. Patience plays a big part as well. I started my Spring cut a few weeks ago and it has been a SLOW progress. In years past I would have gotten very discouraged and went to drastic measures to lose a few pounds. This year I am proud of my mindset and ability to show up despite not seeing changes on the scale. I have been reminded of the importance of consistency during this process and in this episode I am giving you little update on my cut as well as some insight on things I have been reminded of, I think both will help you. Slow and steady wins this race.
