In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I have an in-depth conversation with my podcast producer, Tony, all about training as you age. I talk about how aging affects everything from fat loss, to strength, to muscle growth... but the core principles of training stay the same throughout your entire life. I go over why younger folks have an advantage at building strength and muscle, how women tend to approach training with more enthusiasm later in life, and how TRT is the same thing as steroids (sorry, not sorry) regardless of what people claim.  I also talk about why aesthetics for trained individuals are greatly affected by genetics, how steroids are linked to high blood pressure and other severe health risks, how protein pulsing may have some benefits for training as you age, and how it's never too late to start taking your health and fitness seriously and make huge improvements.
