Dallas could lose one of its eight seats on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s 15-member board as well as the simple majority needed to advance its transit related priorities if the city’s population trend continues; Dallas residents complained about City Hall’s approach to serving Spanish-speaking residents and the lack of translation of citywide information but officials say it's headed in the right direction; Netflix is taking a look at the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in a new series due out this summer called America’s Sweethearts.
