Kojiima Productions’ first release as an independent studio, Death Stranding, was released in 2019 initially as a PlayStation 4 exclusive and later released on PC in 2020. Death Stranding is a post-apocalyptic open-world adventure game where the protagonist is a delivery man. As boring as that sounds, the beautifully designed world and facial captures of the characters bring this game to life and tell a story as beautiful as have been told by any video game.
