Buddhist Chanting.
I have just been introduced to Buddhist chanting. I thought it would be annoying and ridiculous to repeat and repeat to drum beats - but quickly one is drawn into a relaxed relief from the daily grind and worries of the world. It is beautiful and enlightening.
