The family is in court today with Rupert Murdoch facing off against his three eldest children over who will gain the most voting shares and therefore control New Corp and Fox News upon his death. Reportedly, the senior Murdoch wanted to amend a family trust to position his son Lachlan to control the company without interference from his siblings. (The siblings are viewed as liberal.)
