Rameez Kaleem is the founder and managing director at 3R Strategy, an independent reward consultancy dedicated to helping organizations build a culture of trust through pay transparency. He graduated in economics at University College in London and had various in-house reward consultancy roles before founding 3R Strategy. 3R Strategy supports organizations on their journey to pay transparency, covering rewards transparency, job evaluation and architecture, pay structure design, and equal pay.
