Emerging from the depths of a full-fledged funk, Andrew surprises Ben and Adam by requesting a pep talk challenge. The boys take turns honestly answering the question "how are you?" for two minutes, then they engage in a tag-team competition to see who's the best at giving out doses of positivity.
