BIF Symposium Comes To Knoxville

Each year the Beef Improvement Federation Symposium is held to bring beef producers from across the country together to talk about improving cattle genetics. This year the national event is in Knoxville. Troy Rowan with University of Tennessee explains how this meeting has helped improve beef quality, and profitability for farmers.
