General Hospital sees Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is suspected of tampering with a blood test. However, the question arises whether Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will end up taking the blame. The ABC show's writers have hinted at Portia's intentions when she was seen closely examining a blood vial after taking Heather Webber's (Alley Mills) blood sample. Despite objections from some viewers about the writers' attempt to portray long-time character Heather Webber as suddenly harmless due to a hip implant, Portia is determined to ensure Heather remains in jail. 
GH sees Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) discovers discrepancies in Heather's blood test results, raising suspicions about potential tampering at the General Hospital lab. The episode ends with Portia setting her sights on Brad, who has a history of lab misconduct, potentially setting him up to take the fall for her actions. However, will security camera footage expose Portia's actions before Brad takes the blame?
