President Joe Biden says the killing of Hamas' leader Ismail Haniyeh is not helpful for reaching a ceasefire in Gaza. Italian boxer Angela Carini has pulled out of the Paris Olympics mid-fight after she sustained a series of crunching blows from her Algerian opponent Imane Khelif, who last year failed a gender eligibility test at the World Championships.
