Venezuela's opposition says it has voting-tally proof it won the election claimed by President Nicolas Maduro, as anti-government protests erupted across the country. President Joe Biden has proposed sweeping changes to the US Supreme Court that he said was being weaponized to undermine established civil rights principles and protections. Kamala Harris and her team are looking to defend her record on border controls amid attacks from Donald Trump.
