Naturalist and film-maker Randal Plunkett, 21st Baron of Dunsany, took over his family estate 10 years ago and, since then, has taken an unorthodox approach to managing Dunsany Castle and Demense. He has created a thriving 750-acre nature reserve, rewilding the once agricultural land.
