Steven Nerayoff is an Internet, AI, & Blockchain pioneer. He is also an attorney and venture capitalist with 45 U.S. International patents, mostly AI. Steven has been an advisor or investor in more than 25 leading projects in the blockchain industry, including Ethereum, tZERO, Polymath, CasperLabs, Lisk, AION, and many more.



At Ethereum, Steven was the Legal Inventor of the "Utility Token" and ICO (which evolved into the IEO & IDO), both of which he did during Ethereum's record-breaking crowd sale.



At tZERO, Steven again set the standard by architecting the seminal Security Token Offering (STO) for the first regulated Security Token (TZROP) at the world’s first Security Token Exchange.



At Cloudparc, Steven was an AI pioneer, having invented & been granted 45 U.S. & International patents, encompassing some of the earliest and most innovative machine vision methods. Cloudparc is an artificial intelligence and blockchain-based smart city platform with groundbreaking technology for future cities.



Steven was Chairman and co-founder of the world's second public Blockchain / Crypto company at Global Blockchain, eventually becoming one of the world's largest Bitcoin miners.



Steven has advised or invested in many of the most prestigious blockchain projects as the CEO and founder of Alchemist, a leading consultancy and investment firm for high-potential blockchain companies.



Steven previously founded Maple Ventures, Freedom Eldercare, iOffer.com, Fleetwood Owen, eWanted.com, and Inside/Out City Guides.
