188 - Do you feel like you're just faking it sometimes? When you think to yourself "I am not good enough" or "I'll never be as good as Blabla," you are hearing imposter syndrome take over in your brain. And let me tell you, I do it too.  I have left sessions wishing I had planned better, realizing I missed that shot or thinking I screwed the whole thing up. My good friend Shelley Paulson does it too – and she's been in the business for almost 20 years!
