Tropical Storm Francine formed in the Gulf of Mexico and is expected to make landfall in Louisiana as a hurricane on Wednesday night. The National Hurricane Center warned of a potentially life-threatening storm surge and hurricane force winds along the Gulf Coast.In Southern California, the Line Fire burned over 20,000 acres and forced several communities to evacuate. It's only three-percent contained and some 36,000 structures are currently at risk.The first presidential debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump is set for tomorrow in Philadelphia.
