Brandon Ciotti started doing stand-up in Utica, N.Y., after a really bad day. Starting at 33, he went into overdrive and went to open mics all over upstate New York. His family and friends made sure he was tough enough to handle the abuse. He's only a little afraid to try the slightly (or more?) offensive material.
