We learned on Tuesday that Ugonna Onyenso committed to Kansas State. It sounded like the Tar Heels were already out on Ugo, but that move officially slammed the door shut. Recent intel suggests some odd landing spots for Coleman Hawkins – would he really win up at one of those places? The North Carolina state legislature has a bill right now that would require the Tar Heels to play State in football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball every year, as well as a cycle of playing ECU, App St, and Charlotte in those same sports. The Diamond Heels had some help out beyond the RF fence on Monday night in the form of Colby Groce.
