Also, I share my own experience of being in a stressful season in life right now,  and how my goals had to change to accommodate it. 
 
It's time to relieve stress and anxiety from your life and start looking for peace!  
 
Remember, as Christian women we are not of this world and we're going to do things a little bit differently than today's culture! 
 
And that’s ok, because we're aligning ourselves with Him and following His teachings.
 
 And, sometimes that means we rest!
