106 Epidurals and what you need to know even if you are planning an unmedicated birth

In this episode I talk about how 80% of pregnant persons report wanting to have an unmedicated birth in the US, yet 60-90% get an epidural (state dependent stats). So, even if an epidural isn't on your birth plan, you need to know about epidurals just in case you have a change of plans. If you are planning on one anyway, this is a quick guide.
