Government shutdown postponed until December

Should we celebrate that the government, once again, won't shut down because of funding? Many are having DeJa'Vu when it comes to possible government shutdowns and the inevitable last minute funding that comes through to avoid it. The reason for this postponement might be because it's right before the general election in November, but what will happen in December? Dave and Debbie discuss.
