Amendment D is the proposed constitutional amendment that would give the legislature the power to keep, repeal or change ballot initiatives approved by voters. Amendment D is printed on your ballot -- but recently a Utah judge voided it -- now the state legislature goes before the Utah Supreme Court to argue why it should not be voided.
