Note: Igor screwed up which Hibiki is on the from 4 choose 1 restriction for Symphogear. It is Energetic Hibiki, SG/W89-012, not the card picture featured. Energetic Hibiki can go to the waiting room in lieu of one of your other characters when in the back row, as well as pump power to one of your characters for the turn.
