236. LOVE in the Flesh: The STORY of Antonio Bartlett with Melanie Bartlett

Antonio was born in 2010. When Antonio was a new baby, he's care givers shook him so violently that it caused permanent brain and body injury. He was taken to the hospital not expected to survive. In July 2010, Melanie got a call that changed her life forever. Melanie was asked to be a foster mother to Antonio. As soon as she walked into the hospital room, her heart was filled with love for this child. She immediately knew that Antonio was meant to be with her. In September 2010, Melanie brought Antonio home. She adopted him in December 2011. Melanie and her mother along with her daughter Brooklyn loved and cared for Antonio throughout his life. Antonio passed away on March 30, 2022 at the age of 12 years old. Please, join me today as Melanie shares the incredible story of Antonio’s light and also Melanie’s beautiful heart.
