In this teaching, Jacob receives instructions to leave and return to the land of his fathers, Isaac and Abraham. Jacob heard the conversations of Laban’s sons and see the countenance of Laban that is now very different than before. Jacob discerned that his welcome has worn thin. Laban realized he had been out witted, not by Jacob but by YeHoVaH. Elohim spoke to Jacob and told him it was time for him to return to the land of his father and kindred. Father did not tell him to return to his father’s house, but to return to the land of his father, Isaac, and his kindred. Jacob now reveals to his wives the wisdom given to him by God on how to multiply the flock which becomes Jacob’s wealth.
