Despite this movie being a very acquired taste, this sequel is much better than the original. It has an actual story, some decent acting, and characters that feel like characters. This movie is very disturbing though. Seeing the things Art the Clown does to the human body is quite shocking and disturbing and terrifying.

I’m a horror fan, through and through, but this is just sick. There’s absolutely nothing intellectually challenging about this film. The writer/director definitely needs psychiatric help; it felt like watching a movie directed by some creep from death row.
