Greed

Greed will make you sad in the long run.

Excellent!

Pig is NOT anything like John Wick. Pig is a beautifully filmed, captivating experience that portrays people avoiding loss and their own personal denial from the pain of grief. Pig is basically a quiet film that doesn’t go out of it’s way to answer the questions it poses. Great to see Nicholas Cage in a film worthy of his talents and the entire cast is excellent.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews

If you are a reasonably intelligent person who enjoys food culture and good cinematography, this is for you. If you’re looking to be constantly stimulated by special effects and mindless action because you have been conditioned to have a low attention span, look elsewhere. Cage has definitely been in some stinkers over the years, but this is definitely up there in the top 5 if not 10 of his films. Thoughtful, with a melancholy undertone that is actually pleasant. Themes of love and redemption.

Worth It!

Nyctelecaster is the most accurate review/description for this film! I got that People have their own option about movies and not everyone will like this movie. BUT I have to say a lot of the negative reviews I read show the people did not understand what the film was really about. This was a beautiful movie.

Great human story

Wonderful film, doesn’t go where you’d expect. Great performances by Nic Cage and Alex Wolff. Very understated and methodical story, hits with a serious gut punch.
