In this spellbinding thriller, a sleepy Norwegian town erupts after an American backpacker is arrested. Witnesses claim a teen died after touching the stranger, and that he inexplicably started a fire that engulfed a farm. He warns a psychologist, Christine, that he has supernatural powers, and that anyone who gets too close to him dies. Is he a liar, a freak of nature, an angry god?

Very entertaining and keeps you guessing what the story is. Not an obvious answer to things until the end.

"Mortal" is a movie that keeps the viewer watching by begging the answer of "what is going on?". When the explanation occurred, for this viewer it was a major disappointment. Then the movie basically ENDS... when it should have been beginning. There's much more about "Mortal" to complain about, but this forgettable D plus film isn't worth more of my time. Worst movie I’ve ever see @Razenboys
I never write reviews but this was the worst movie I’ve seen in my life. In addition to poor story half of the movie is English and half is Norweigen. Save your money!!!
