You get this Quest from the Archmage after you have killed, Gulch, the ice giant, who lived in the northernmost part of the land.

Now the archmage tells you that the second Ravenstone is in Citadel of Ror-Dan, an abandoned scholarly place. You need to speak to Cribbons, who lives in the Crags, which is in the southernmost place on the map.

Get there

First, you need to travel really south.

Go south to the south gate of North Aven to South Aven. Then travel through South Aven to the South Gate to The Terraces. Travel south through The Terraces to the wall just between the cottage and the manor/mansion place. There is a slope that goes up to the entrance to Tanglewood Marsh.

Tanglewood is the prehistoric place infested with cool dinosaurs. It's pretty cool there. You need to keep traveling south through Tanglewood Marsh to the entrance to the Crags which is along that south wall.

When you enter the Crags, you are on a ledge overlooking a cliff with a valley of water in between the surrounding sides. There are Pterosaurses flying all aroung. It's a pretty cool place.

Cribbons


As you walk along the edge, you find Cribbons. You mention your quest and ask him for help and he decides to test you. He asks you to gather some Pterosaurses eggs. He also gives you one of his Pterosaurses to help you. You mount the Pterosaurs and fly along the cliffs to the nests of the other Pterosaurses and gather five eggs.

Just take the eggs to Cribbons. He will give you the Rune of Winds and tell you to travel to the Citadel of Ror-Dan to retrieve the Second Ravenstone.
